i have found that all bad sitcoms are those with the
persons name in the title eg seinfeild, fraisure, and all
with no name in the title is good, eg freinds, police
squad.
there are a ew exceptions tho..spin city is crap whereas
buffy is good (even tho its not really a sitcom)
note this applyes onty to the usa
