Happiness, smiling, Love, dancing, expressions of freedom,
etc.- are all weapons against the oppressive enemy. When
these are expressed, are when they come down with their
fists, as their whole being is endangered.

Park authority shouldn't be dealing with protest situation.
I don't care if it says police on their jacket, they aren't
equipped or trained to deal those kind of situations.
Doesn't matter how peaceful the protesters were, if it had
gotten out of hand it would have been the original officers
fault; he dealt with the whole situation so poorly.

I don't think this really fits with the first one.

Please don't hippy this thread up. Happiness isn't a weapon
against the man. The man gets happy just like everyone else.
The protesters were all arrested because they were
protesting in a place they weren't legally allowed to, and
if they were protesting outside of of the monument area the
police couldn't have done anything.

On a side note, that law is ridiculous. Fortunately this
incident is probably going to get the law amended.

"The man gets happy just like everyone else."

"Happiness" is relative to many things... but someone who
makes it their prime directive to oppress the freedoms of
thought and action to suit them financially, does not have
Love within them. Someone who is truly happy, benefits by
being themselves- and doing whatever it is they do- which
also results in others' happiness. People who are truly
happy make harmonious and beneficial relationships-- they do
not create relationships that are intended to hinder
mental/emotional growth.
