Radiohead rocks.
I've been a fan of them since before they were Radiohead.
(They used to be called On a Friday).
It's great to see them improve vastly.
I wonder how I ever liked that Pablo Honey business.

listening to them very often.

even though the last two albums are a welcome change of
style for the band, nothing beats ok computer. it's a true
masterpiece.

Amon, did you read the q&a? They said something like they
were considering working together but it's not going to
happen. Mentioned it twice I believe.

accent "eh mon"

Mira said Sean was really pissed at their attempt to 'hijack
their sound'. I don't know if it's as strong as hijacking
but there is a definate comparison.

OK computer really is brilliant, Kid A and Amnesiac are
great albums but they sound like there was too much time
discussing theories about what they were trying to do. Some
nice tracks though.

Kid A is what got me into Aphex, which is what got me into
electronic music... so it's special. But it's not as
impressive anymore after hearing electronic music that is
superior... Kid A was my first real intro to that stuff.

We're on a similar page then. I remeber borrowing my
friends Kid A album the same time I had just copied Tri Rep
from him... first autechre I heard.

yeah, Kid A sparked my interest as well... I don't really
look at it as a pure electronica album, but as a
rock/electronica album... in which it's awesome!!!

there was some quote from richard about kid a actually. i
can't remember what it was, but he joked about getting lots
of royalties from the album. i also thought it was funny
when some one told me that they heard drukqs sounded like "a
bunch of idioteques".

my deep dark secret is like radiohead more than aphex (but
there message board isn't filled with lovely people like you
guys). kid a is fucking brilliant, in my humble, non
important opinion.

rich said in interview he thought their latest efforts were
a bit silly. well ... he's allowed to any opinion he wants
... even if it's wrong ;-)
