I am corticalstim, I hate my avatar, and I made this.

LAZY_TITSWORTH

I miss the raging bumps, the slsk scene, the NAC FUCKING
MAT. Also the atmospheric agriculturist, the consumer of
child's comfort clones, and fuckin' marlowe.

jnasato is pretty awesome though.

wouldn't let me change my avatar, guess i'm stuck with a
decision i made almost a decade ago
kinda like herpes

jnasato:
you, sir- take euphemisms too far. i like that. i imagine
it goes to ja or some tripe.

and yeah... where the hell did nacmat go? he was too
awesome- maybe that's it, eh?

i remember a time when you couldn't text a lost friend at a
rave but yet both returned safe to the car with tales a
plenty of wildness of shenanigans.

nowadays you can't go 2 minutes without some cunt tweeting
his inner most thoughts on cornflakes.

yeah, but since they've made it so you can send pictures
i've found an easy way around this- i just send pictures of
mike hawk to anyone who sends irritating text messages too
often

not only do i get less text messages, i also get laid more
frequently

Jedi Chris?

Hey shawn, long time no see - just read your thread with the
drum track performances over the ae - I enjoyed them, the
overand one especially! The production is a little rough,
but the actual content works for me.

offline shawnphase from baltimore (United States) on 2011-02-15 08:30 [#02406433]

hey, thanks man! good to see you here again! you get on slsk
much anymore?

yeah, that ae stuff..my computer was giving me a lotta guff
when i made those, i really wasnt able to give them the
attention i wanted to. soundforge was bombing out seeming
every time i was making any sort of progress..but it was
really just an experiment to see how well i could get d9 and
ae to pair up with live drums.

i've been doing a lot of other stuff lately, just finished
an 11th video game cover cd, and going to release a new alex
mauer remix cd. if you want to check them out, just check
tempsoundsolutions.com out, we'll probably release blast
portable 2 in the next few weeks.

i remember when it was easier to travel on the road as less
people owned cars.

although that was a time when you had to get up and walk to
the tv to turn channels, so it's evened itself out.

offline corticalstim from Canada on 2011-02-17 00:02 [#02406552]

I dunno man I have owned a few cars now and that shit is
awesome. However, I imagine things are much different for
those living in dense urban areas in the rest of the world.
Canada is similar to the USA in the sense of it being very
spread out and very built around cars as a means of
transportation. Most people I know have a commute of 200km
round-trip daily, and it is not uncommon for people to
travel further.

Shit's pretty bad for the environment without a doubt, but
driving a car is a blast. Also I have no problem with
pedestrians or bicyclists, as I bike myself, and fucking
hate asshole drivers.

I am curious to know how many of you guys use public
transportation, walk, or bike to work, as I know this board
has a nice diverse community of assholes and pricks alike.

i bike, public transportation in city of 250,000 is a joke,
unless you aint got no $$, walking|running is good, right
now im about 15 miles from work, but when we move closed,
ill be biking to work

piece.
