This is a feature length AMV I created back in 06.
Was stoned one evening listening to Future Sound
of London watching Nausicaa on mute.
One thing led to another and here it is,
edited for good visual/audio sync.

FSOL + Nausicaa = The Future Sound of Nausicaa
*subtitles are included*

part 1
part 2
part 3
part 4
part 5
part 6
part 7
part 8

Some of you old timers may remember this,
when I uploaded it to yousendit years ago.

cool ,fsol sounds rule

I wonder if you can get just the voice track off the
nausicaa blu ray centre channel?

come to think of it, this was actually made in 04-05 or
something.

freqy: I prefer just the subs over the music. tho I suppose
that could be done.

I'd like to get a proper playlist for this. Would make for a
great FSOL mix, then again most of the effort went into
syncing sounds to events in the anime.

Anyone manage to watch the whole thing? I'd love some
feedback.

FSOL has a very organic big sound, fits very well with the
organic visuals and you synced the different parts nicely to
the atmospheres. enjoyed it a lot. Thanks

could you make this a torrent?
or upload any other way?
its very nice, but not as much a pleasure to watch on
tube as on telly. whats the source resolution?

Source resolution is 640x480 in 7 parts.
I did this in WMM years ago so.. the quality you see on
tubes is pretty much it (minus the youtube compression which
is barely noticeable. All original 7 parts are 708mb in
total.

I burned this to dvd long time ago and it played very well
on a projector at some party.

I could zip and upload to my site's server if that's
preferred.
Though I won't get around to that for a day or so.

I watched this yesterday, it was a good blend and the timing
of the tracks added something to the visuals

that would be pretty nice of you :)
the resolution will be just right for my old crt telly,
which doesnt support anything higher anyway and also beat
the youtube. also i noticed the video is slightly stretched
in height, which i would be able to outbalance with my
mulitmedia drive, in case its also like that in the upload.

just gotten around the film last year and liked it a lot,
so its really nice to see it with this great score!

Saw the first 2 parts recently, it was great! Didn't see the
original film so it was all fresh (except for the music
which is brilliant).

"This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim
by Studio Ghibli Inc.. "

I got this copyright shit fucking me in the ass.

Removing the videos and giving me a warning that they'll
delete my account if I contain any other copyright
material.

Now, if I wanted to complain about all the recent youtube
bullshit I'd have said this a year ago.

You know when you look at your favorites and half of them
are gone? Or when you watch a video but the audio is
removed? Yeah, it FUCKING sucks.

I've had enough of this shit.
Threaten to delete my account?!
Why don't you suck my dick?
I mean, you fucked me in the ass,
how about some restitution.

I own every FSOL album used in the videos.
And I own every Ghibli anime on dvd.
It's a matter of sharing with people who don't..

And I'd rather stop logging into this account to read your
troll posts.

that blocking shite is a shame.
music videos made out 90% of the first 60 albums i purchased
in my life. and since filesharing happened and music
television has gone shit in germany i got all my purchases
from sole prelistens and some off youtube links ive gotten
here. nowadays half the tubes posted here are blocked in my
country, not even displaying what it is they block.
they cut down their best free promotion themselves.
im pretty angry on those morons, cause tubes were an easy
way to show people stuff thats not in mainstream media.

a music video like that does neither contain complete fsol
nor the film and more likely encourages people to get around
the film or some fsol album, imo.
