I remember reading how RDJ lucid dreams from time to time
and thought it was interesting. I know a bunch of ways to
help lucid dreams, have any of you guys experienced this?

The biggest factor is recognizing that you're dreaming, so
what generally helps is always writing down every dream in
detail. this way when you dream you're more likely to
regonize a feature of a reoccuring dream, such as a building
a person etc, and then you'll be able to know you're
dreaming. Some other things that help are playing some
kinda of repeating tone (like an mp3 of a beep or sound
effect) an hour before you go to bed. keep it on while you
sleep and subconsciously you'll be tuned to it while you
dream, and it will help your brain distinguish between dream
and waking.
