i guess inception but this is the only movie even worth
mentioning this year so it doesn't really deserve it.

enter the void (2010)
submarino (2010)
armadillo (2010)
r (2010)
the road (2009)
life during wartime (2009)
involuntary (2008)
^^ my 9-10/10 of watched movies this year. would highly
recommend all of them.

not inception
and definitely not kick ass, how anyone can think that crap
was good is beyond me.

My pick for the 2010:

- Black Swan
- How I ended this summer (Russian film, can't spell
original title)
- Shutter Island
- Winter's Bone
- Inception

Haven't seen Biutiful, the King's Speech, The Town, Rabbit
Hole or True Grit yet, but I reckon that some of those are
gonna belong in there as well.

Worst flick of 2010 that got good reviews was The Social
Network. It was exactly what I expected it to be: a boring
movie about a douchebag.

I saw Enter the void today, stunning cinematografy but the
second half was sluggish, also the main character IS a
junkie

@Cuntychuck: yeah Chris Nolan seems to garner rabid fanboys
like no other director.

I liked Inception, let's get that straight, it was far far
better than that crappy flick "the Dark Knight" that still
has everyone foaming at the mouth. That was a flick which,
bar the excellent opening scene, turned out to be total
crapfest that had me literally nodding off about halfway
thru it.
Bale's phone-sex-offender's voice was cause for a few laughs
here and there tho, especially because he really meant it,
but overall it's getting ridiculously high ratings on IMDB.
Same goes for Inception. It's a good flick, but not THAT
good.

I guess he's just on the 'can do wrong' list, just as
companies such as Apple, or games companies such as Blizzard
and Infinity Ward (CoD:MW2) can churn out crappy products at
vastly overpriced rates and people will still buy it and dig
it.

Homeland (Laurie Anderson, A Grand Genius). Autechre's
releases in 2010 also were for me deeply beautiful.

I liked taken and 7 pounds and harry gay potter the new one
part 1!!111 Avatar was good the first time in 3d but sucked
watching it again. I wore the 3d glasses on my butt cheeks
the whole movie and then smelled them at the end. They
smelled great, so I really recommend 3d.

All the movies I mentioned got lower scores lol. Now I know
not to bother with imdb, but I already knew that simply
because its popular.
