Hey guys. I know your all master of electronic music. I was
wondering how you make that new synth sound I hear
everywhere from DnB to dubstup. It's this messed up ... I
don't even know how to put it into words. Anyway posting
some examples, would like to know how to get that sound or
even what the hell it's even called.

Specifically the synth sound on this kids track

and there you go^^

in addition i can say i know this newer high&dirty version
of the wobble can be done with thor synth in reason,
but probably anywhere else aswell.
i tubed that a couple of months ago out of sheer nosiness.
havent made any use of it though.

Yeah pretty much, although that particular bass synth uses a
vocal sounding waveform, I think this might be more along
the lines of what you want.

ah i see there was something different in that one.
guessed it was just a fiddle with the filters in the
standard wobbles.
anyhow sounds perfect to build in lotta house tracks.
and it probably is. havent been to club this year.

Attach an LFO to the filter and or envelope of the bass
patch, then mess w the rate and other params until you like
it. Or use a bass wah, phazer, env filter combo or
something.

Squares and Saw + LFO to cutoff(Play w/)OR make and envelope
with a slow attack + 75% res(Play w/)
Vocoder,
use a multiband compressor (play w/)
distort with whatever
Compress again
phaser,
chorus,
eq,
reverb,
Stereo imager
just screw with it everything.

Formant filters and bitcrushing will help to.

i guess you mean that speaking "joi" sound in the doktor p
track.

LAZY_TITLE

here you have the specific sound. although this way
explained you can make it practically in every synth.

i'm kind of annoyed already by that particular sound in
fact.

That sounds like it was made with paper and glue.
