I need to sync a movie with subs, there is a 3 second
delay. i have this website that can change the timing of the
subs, but i can't seem to get the output file

can someone take a look at this website and tell me how to
do it? when ever it gives me the fixed file i can only view
it as HTML !

maybe just use vlc (ctrl+f 'sync')? not to fix
it, but to play it right

yes, with the delay option. (the subs need to be in a
different file though). i haven't tried this myself yet
