if you saw a spider with only 5 legs hanging on a string or
a broken leg grasshopper wiggling on the ground, would you
kill? since that bugs life is now going to suck bad

I've killed some insects/"bugs" being eaten alive by ants,
but really, that was saving one struggling life, whilst
murdering many dozens of happy lives. Sooo..... somehow the
pain has more pull, I suppose.

i think i actually preferred antz.

in response to the original post, not so much. when I was a
kid I accidentally fucked up a moth with a curtain (you know
when the dusty stuff comes off their wings). I put him in
the cave on my toy desert island and covered him in a
blanket to keep him warm. I filled up a bottle cap so he
could have some water (you know to keep him hydrated, shit
like that).

I got up all excited in the morning to see if he had made a
recovery only to find him in the same position, this time
more dead looking. so yeah, because of me he had a slow and
painful death.

Ah well, 'tis the thought that counts. :)

That was a lovely story, thanks for sharing it!
