demons souls uh, thats pretty much the only game i've played on my ps3 in the last 6 months. it has the greatness of 3 games though. good ones too. |

I know but they were published by Sega. Sega as a publishing house is a completely mental beast. Backing a company like Platinum is testament to their commitment to pushing interesting games with solid and innovative mechanics above all else yet this year they've also put out dross like Iron Man 2. Demons Souls.. i want it, when i'm finished with the ones i have Assassins Creed 1&2 Heavy Rain FFXIII gave a look to Heavy Rain, not a bad concept but midly entertaining context, won't be touching the others 'til i'm finished with God of War |

i bought lost for 5 pounds sterling last week. it is quite poo. heavy rain was quality but wasn't long enough. maffia II was short too and a bit crap. red dead has been my favourite game this year. i have bought fifa 11 and the new medal of honor, and they better be ruddy good. |

I felt exactly the same about Heavy Rain and the problem was I never felt like going through it again and trying things differently. Shame really. |

fifa is great, but it takes a lot to learn if you're a PES adept, cos to run along you have to anticipate the moves a bit i've seen some demons souls on youtube these days, looks like it lacks a bit of mordant compared to god of war |

Man, God of War has to be the least mordant game ever, it's basically gaming sludge. Especially compared to something like Demon's Souls (which I have played like 5 minutes of, which makes me perfectly qualified to pass judgement). |

Come on, don't take it personally, I was discrediting my own opinion there. But what I meant is God of War never struck me as something with much vision or coherence. It wants to make money foremost so it has to give a little bit of something to everyone and it can't decide what it wants to be. |

wrong. it has a lot of horses in it, and you get to collect flowers. both make it undoubtably fantastic. i think you need to go away and rethink your stance on the subject. |
