Hey, hi guys.

You know, I just saw the picture on some blog and thought
that I'm glad I don't eat this sort of thing. The thing
being mechanically separated chicken. I guess it's used like
in fast food and similar products.

I think they use every part of the chicken to create that
paste and it's pink because of blood.

If that is any sort of meat product they definately
should'nt be putting it in cardboard boxes, in fact meat
should'nt be anywhere near a cardboard box unless its been
sealed in some sort of vacuum/gas packaging, because of mold
particles present in all things cardboard. I'm sad to say
i've been in the industry..
