Hey, hi guys. You know, I just saw the picture on some blog and thought that I'm glad I don't eat this sort of thing. The thing being mechanically separated chicken. I guess it's used like in fast food and similar products. I think they use every part of the chicken to create that paste and it's pink because of blood. |

If that is any sort of meat product they definately should'nt be putting it in cardboard boxes, in fact meat should'nt be anywhere near a cardboard box unless its been sealed in some sort of vacuum/gas packaging, because of mold particles present in all things cardboard. I'm sad to say i've been in the industry.. |
