or maybe someone knows someone. i would have a huge
request. i was doing field recording on my japan trip but i
forgot to record one sample for a jingle for a local radio
station. it's one sentence to say something around "hi, this
is radio xyz, your lsitening to xyz"

if i could ask someone to record this for me i would be very
grateful

i don't have a mic to record this, however the romaji would
be something like:

moshi moshi, kore wa rajio xyz, anata ga sai kiku koto xyz

or you could say konichiwa (day) or konbanwa (evening)
instead of moshi moshi...

yeah i just wanted to have it spoken by a native. i had a
opportunity to record a taiwanese girl who was speaking
japanese quite good but dropped the idea.

as for romanji i would be more like:

harro yu listeningo radio xyz proguramo xyz

no srsly - an american girl one told us that the easiest way
to communicate in japan is to speak english and add "o" and
"u" to the words.

funny but it worked perfectly. the next day i asked for
"kent lights" in a shop and the girl didn't know what i
want. i repeated my question saying "kento lighto" and it
was perfectly clear ofr her.... she just asked me "softo or
boxo". that was incredible.

Don't like Tom Green. :(

Maybe cos I watched Freddy Got Fingered when I was about 13
and it scared me a bit, but maybe just cos he is so over the
top he is awkward to watch on TV... I am glad he isn't
popular here in UK.

freqy got what? ?

trackie-turn i dont like that film really but if you search
about, ... there are some very funny sketches. simple
awesome early 21st century wit...enjoy it whilst it is
undergroundly fashionable.
