Fave Aphex Twin remix

My fave remix done by Richard D James must be Seefeel -
Time to find me AFX Slow mix, from the brilliant "Pure,
impure EP" by Seefeel. If I ever have the chance to go to
the Moon for my holiday I'll listen to this as I go trudging
across the Sea of Silence...

Yeah those Seefeel ones are cool...

In a similar vein, I like Falling Free - The Curve, St
Entienne pair...

Jesus Jones 0 & 1 Reconstruction Mix #1 & #2 are both smooth
& nicely amibent, whilst still having some rhtyhm to
em...(there's even got a smidgeon the original)...

Too many good ones...I know he says he just chucks these out
but I reckon he puts more effort into them than he wants you
to know about...maybe I just like Chucked out tunes..;)..

It's Scorpions, you disrespecting brit and their best song
is called Dynamite.

Recycle: I'm 30 and grew up in the 80s. I was a metal fan
but didn't like soft bands. Slayer ruled And still do

Well, I dont know about that.... I heard a remix they did
for someone called Hecker that I found even more shocking
than the one they did for Merzbow...

I actually met and interviewed Merzbow the first time he
played in Bergen... I worked for this college radio in
Bergen. I had to use an interpreter that new nothing about
electronic music wathsoever. It was a bit confusing, but
good fun! : )

A. SCREECH..AHAHAHA GEEECH TA SHHHHHHHHHEDDDDD...

Q. I see, how are you finding youe new found fame...

A. WIGGA SHACKKKKKK SMASHHH
TRAKKQQQQQQ...WHISHHHHH..BANgggggggggAAAAA....(this
continues for 4 hrs...)...

sorry..;)..

A local Art Centre had a Merzbow concert where they played
everyone of his 50CD set, one after the other...

Think it went on for a few days....Colchester Arts Centre
was the place, jonesy knows it...

but yeah, take my above pisstake as a joke...I've got a lot
of time for that sort of stuff myself...(altho the partner
isn't that happy...)..

His music IS class, and he was not a noisy person to
interview at all. He is well over 50 and his english is
....well, not too good. His girlfriend did most of the
talking. The gig he did the same night is the most intense
musical experience I've ever had! I couldnt listen to music
for days after that, not because my hearing was impaired (I
wore my earplugs) but because I had my conception of music
was transcended
