I caught the last few minutes. It looked like grim viewing.
If you want to read some books on Socialism you can't go far
wrong with the Communist Mannifesto by Marx and Engels. Its
brilliantly written and sets out the materialist conception
of history. Its cheap too. Check this site for left wing
books www.socialistworker.org.uk and look for the bookmarks
shop.

Cheers.

I felt sorry for those girls.

People may say that it is thier own fault for trying Heroin.
The thing with Heroin with some people is that it allowa
them only to mek one mistake, other vices give people
chances.

I will try those books, cheers Jonesy

I just remembered another book. 'Marx for Beginners' by Rius
is a great introduction to Marx. Its intelligent and is a
great starting point for is ideas. The For Beginners books
are often found together in Waterstones.

Mixing politics and music rarely works but sometimes people
manage it; the Clash, Manic Street Preachers and Rage
Against the Machine have pulled it off I think.

well, is a very complex topic......they started in late 70
but they show up until 1994, in those days they were
fighting for power, today sub marcos says they only wants
some changes.....i think their fight is for justice and 40
million of poor people legitimize their fight......
