Geogaddi, or MHTRTC?!?

Ok, it's been I guess a month or more since I bought
Geogaddi, and my goodness, it's still so fresh to my ears...
you know, I think I really like this album more then
MHTRTC... MHTRTC is a genius album no doubt, but Geogaddi is
so much more melodic, and deepers, and more perfect I
guess... at least in my opinion...

yes geogaddi is a much better, more perfect album to say
the least, im still hearing a lot of new stuff every time i
listen

I like more dark stuff, and I MUST say Geogaddi...
I think Geogaddi is a lot darker than Music Has the Right to
Children...It's actually a bit demented, in my opinion.
It's got a sense of confusion, anger, sadness, lots of
things like that.
Music Has the Right to Children has more of a happy feeling
to it.
I prefer the darker feel.

Dark, sense of confusion indeed. It's so strange! I may I
like Geogaddi better, but a month isn't long enough to say
and they are both masterpieces in my eyes.

You're exactly right Mr. Flappypants.

I've recently gotten really into MHTRTC and I love every
song completly. I also have Geogaddi but it hasn't gotten
to me yet. I really like Gyroscope a lot ... which leads me
to say that I wished it had more rythmic...more longer
tracks like Music has.. I mean 20 some songs? Why not
condense that and make longer stuff? But that's BoC for ya
and I like them a lot. I'll try Geogaddi again. See what
happens.

If you asked me last week I probably would've said MHTRTC,
but recently I took Geogaddi with me for a walk, it blew me
away. When you give that album your undivided attention
while listening to it in headphones, you really notice how
great it is.

oh m h t r t c-easy-c'mon-the magic of geogaddi wears off
preetty quick eh? at loved it at first -couldnt wait to get
into it-then found that there was nothing really there to
get into!! some of the beats are mira calixy which is really
annoying, and some of the interludes are just
disappointing-if theyd honed it down to ten tracks-a thirty
minute affair it would make more sense-this is not the cream
of FOUR years work, surely!!

MhTrTc is way better than geogaddi imo, in fact geogaddi is
a lesser mhtrtc with a dark feeling to it, but it's
irritating where mhtrtc is beautiful & relaxing
+ 1969 is horrible imo, that voices is nerve(?) breaking.
so yeah MHTRTC def

so deep into my soul (black and non-existent as it is)...
yet

I love near all BOC releases, really....
But Geogaddi is boring! A collection of a couple nice
tracks, that's all. The rest simply sucks for me.

BoC from Maxima/twoism/hi scores/MHTRTC/BPOITC/Geogaddi to
one disc and have the best of all worlds. And dont give me
any of that "theres too much to fit on one disc WOAahooooh
weeh weeh weeh boo hoo, jsut burn a second (and third) disc
and you will be forever happy! Today is my birthday by the
way and so I expect much praise and adulation when I return
to check this post again.

maybe it's just from looking at the actual cd covers, but
most of the geogaddi songs remind me of ther color red, and
most of the mhtrtc songs remind me of blue. i'd have to go
with mhtrtc, mostly because of acquarius, roygbiv, and happy
cycling. all though, i really love dawn chorus, it reminds
me of being on a merry go round while it's snowing, and the
sun is just coming up.

it's actually my first BoC purchase, i have since purchased
MHTRTC, and while i like it.....there is something EXTRA
special about Geogaddi..namely

MUSIC IS MATH!

You must get Hi-Scores and Boc Maxima, esencial, Scores has
to be my favorite of Boc's shit

For me, tracks like 1969, sunshine recorder, and the beach
at redpoint are pullin me in to the geogaddi void...

Yea i find boc depressing...
for me, the music tells me things
it seems to remind lots of when they were growing up (at
least, thats what ive noticed)
it makes me think about the fact that everyone else who are
listening to boc are remembering things, when im thinking
about what it would be like then...
it makes me feel...idunno....small....smaller
i dont know how, but it gives me a claustrophobis feeling,
like im closed in in a childhood that i dont really belong
in...
o.o i do not know what i just wrote
someone please punch me in the face

magic window is supposed to be like that. on the vinyl
version (3 records) magic window has it's own side, and
there's just an etching of a sillouette of a family holding
hands. and there's nothing on the record. the supposed
reason ia to bring the cd time to 66:06, how sinister.
