i think
it is in some cough syrups.
be careful though because there is alot of other shit in
cough syrup, decongestients and thickeners etc... you don't
want to be ingesting too much of that stuff. there are
brands that are low in that stuff though.. you have to look
around.... there are a few web sites..

DXM was big for about a month when I was in high school, but
kids kept throwing up and leaving school after taking the

Take those pills and disolve em before ingesting like in hot
water or something.
it will hit you much faster.
