So, I had a bike crash and landed on a foot at 60Kmh. My
left foot is now splintered in 3 points. It hurts. I'm
looking for recommendations for books/comics/movies that
will help me pass away next month while everyone is
fornicating outside. I'm covered on porn.

I'm catching up with the Doctor Who episodes since the 2005
reboot. Became a solid fan this last season. It's great
project maybe.

Ouch, unlucky. Watch every Alfred Hitchcock film, every Bond
film and a couple of TV series you've missed out on, Twin
Peaks and the like. Can't really recommend many books, I've
been reading mostly shit recently. Novel wise get A Fraction
Of The Whole, great book and long as well. Comics... Catch
up on a saga of some kind if you don't mind dropping in to
stories half way through, Marvel Civil War or something like
that? Definitely read all the books in The Walking Dead
series if you haven't, great stuff.

Oh also if you're in to it pick up a book called Strange
Sounds: Offbeat Instruments and Sonic Experiments in Pop. It
covers all sorts of areas, a good read imo. Oh also
comic-wise read The Adventures of Jimmy Corrigan the
Smartest Kid on Earth if you haven't. It's long and good.

heh, I broke 2nd, 3rd and 4th :(

thanks sam, I already watched most of bond and hitchcock but
I queued digital versions of Breaking bad (that a friend of
mine suggested aswell) and the walking dead (that I would
like to find in paper).

Keep them cumming

Books: Snow Crash- Neal Stephenson. And pretty much anything
by Stephen King... personal fave is probably Pet Sematary,
after The Dark Tower series.

Television: If you haven't seem them, I recommend Lost and
Dexter. You already have Breaking Bad, that would have been
my third pick. Also Arrested Development.

Movies: LOTR marathon. David Lynch marathon. Recently
watched picks: Shutter Island, Zodiac.

Comics: I don't know too many. I read quite a lot of Batman
comics back in the day. Alan Moore's Swamp Thing was good
too, but I never finished it.

Feel better.
