lots of people like to take walks whilst listening to music. i cant do the whole outdoor music thing. it ruins everything. i get itchy about outdoors, which seems to be mainly because of the shapes and directions of the places i need to go to. i dont realise i hate the place that much but when i sit down and im not moving the 'memory' of the space feels crap. if i listen to a piece of music whilst facing the 'shit' direction then it is pretty much permanently made crapshit. i can fix it if i spend a lot of time with it giving the music new associations. but its a fucking annoyance. so now i have to listen to everyone farting on the bus and walking past me in the street with their ridiculous legs

i have a load of stuff that reminds me of specific journeys, that bring around recollection of thoughts, feelings and even smells that i couldn't remember any other way.
i love listening to music on the move.
