What are the albums destined to become Modern Classics,
electronic or otherwise. Seems that I have some catching up
to do, so shoot!

The future says that it likes Rushup Edge because it is such
a compact attack. Simultaneously fresh and nostalgic, right
when you think it's completely filled to the brim with
ideas, down come the hand claps! "4 out of 5 stars", says
the future taste consortium.

What's the best Ceephax, in cwnt's opinion?

Surprised nobody has mentioned Radiohead. If any band or
artist is going to be remembered twenty years from now, its
going to be them.

Taxidermist is talking in real terms not the fleeting
existence of Ceephax living of his brother.

the now is more important than worrying about future
classics. these times, it seems to be all about having a
clever perspective, but i suggest you just find some music
you LIKE instead of worrying about time/space.

there seems to be a lack of basic human understanding imho.
people is rarely really happy, and for happy i mean to be in
the mental condition to bypass all the shit in the head and
fully apreciate the act of listening to music, producing
music or whatever activity. directly and selectively. i
think it's good the things are like that, it creates a taste
= possibility for a classic, a now point in the space if you
want, to happen into a lifespan. i also think it's good to
have perspectives, better than not having them no?

i think listening/making music becomes really good
especially when extemely happy/extremely sad

the rest, and big part of this shit sounds like academic
exercise to me

Anyone who says anything other than "Lady Gaga" in this
thread is WRONG.

offline PS on 2010-06-08 12:37 [#02383024]

I don't need any more music to like, but if I did, what's
the best of the best I might have missed? That doesn't
sound as fun, and there's tons of other threads to answer
that question, so in conclusion, I don't know.. Just wanted
to waste time, I guess.
