This forum simply will not let me upload an avatar. I got the right size, I tried every browser, and nothing works. I want an avatar DAMNIT!!! What should I do??? I upload, it says upload was successful, and then nothing changes! |

yeah.. this place bleeds country and bluegrass. the college areas, and much of east nashville is very hipster/indie though, but it's mostly folk and rock indie stuff. electronic music producers are an extreme minority here. it's tough for us, man! |

i listen to all kinds of music, not just IDM, though IDM and other forms of experimental electronic music are perhaps among my favorite genres along with psych-folk, shoegaze and ambient music. IDM: Boards of Canada, Casino Versus Japan, Autechre, Ochre, Proem, Ilkae, Loess, Four Tet (sort of?), Future Sound of London, Helios... there's a lot that I like. I can list more electronic music, I'm just not sure how much of it actually classifies as IDM. Well maybe I'll be here for the next ten years! Let's all share our music and listen to each other's tracks! I have no electronic-music-making friends, only folk and rock'n'roll friends. :( |
