I recently read on the internet (where else?) that some
people get upset with some other people that use the phrase
"fairly unique" but I don't think I've ever heard anyone say
that. I'm not that fussed. I think something sure can be
unique, but boringly so, like a unique sponge, whereas
something that was spectacularly unique such as a spoon that
could time travel or a quirky 80s song should be "very
unique" and not just "unique".
