I've always use the same Sony 18 quid ones since I was 16 or
so. They're decent for the price and I put them through
hell. Unless those aren't ear buds and you mean something
else in which case, I don't know fleetmouse.

i've settled for senneheiser cx300 because of good price to
performance ratio.

Are those the form fitting ones that sex your ear tightly,
or the little buds that just sit there? I want ones that
completely block sound so I can listen on the subway.

the thing with some of those in ear channel headphones is
that although they do cancel more external noise, they tend
to amplify the sound of your movement which is really
annoying imo. i opted for some low cost sennheisers which
sound spot on for mp3's on the move.

if you want proper closed audiophile monitors on your head
quality i'd strongly recommend Audio Technica. best i've
ever heard.

CX300 here as well. Best value on the market. Especially at
current prices.

cx300. creative ep630 and 830 are popular but i don't like
the sound of them at all.

either way - make sure you check this site when
buying them on ebay. those low end headphones are msot
popular amongst fake ones. i recently bought ep630 and
couldn't believe how bad they sounded. i checked this site
and confirmed that they were fakes. still the original ones
don't convince me either but are a lot better.

also - when you see a very low price and the packaging seems
right it still might be a fake. my ep630's came in a package
identical to the original, they even faked the holograms,
the pouch etc. (which really makes me wonder how much such a
company earns on making these fakes - the production price
must be very high).
