In a serious answer to OP... Yes, it sucks. I think it has to do with the body not regulating temperature properly. I found that body temperature can be "calibrated" by taking extremely hot showers. Most of my showers are taken with only hot water, anyway. When I'm feeling especially hot, but it's actually not hot, my skin tends to be cold and my overall temperature is colder than usual. The hot shower is initially painful because of my for-some-reason-cold skin, but the hot shower always tends to fix things. I recommend hot showers for everybody for almost anything!!! It's really therapeutic. If my hair weren't down to my fucking belly button, I'd take more. |
