narcissism vs modesty, there is no golden center, it is illusion. But you can always balance too reach that center as close as possible. There is no absolute truth.

balance towards an illusory centre? doesn't it make it rather hard if it's illusory?

I never said it was 'illusory'. You did. You think i meant being in the center is what it's all about? I didn't. It's not an exact science. I just think the extreme isn't the best of places.
I'd like to think i'm more modest that self-centered, but i'd be kidding myself. I just try to be tolerant towards others as it's how i like to be treated. I make mistakes.
What sneakers are you wearing lately?

IKEA = Meatballs!!
I used to like going there as a kid. I loved the ball pool. Over 20 years later and going there is a drag. I avoid it at all costs.

Illusion in sense that you cant reach it, because at the moment you reach it you can desire for even more perfect center possible. What I mean is that perfection have no boundaries.
Each person, I think, finds his path to his personality, body and environment coherent existence. This can mean more narcissism less modesty and vice versa, again it depends.

it's the same routine in sweden. it's fun when you're a kid, quite a drag when you're older.
i've heard that sweden is famous for their meatballs, but i don't know why, though. i have no idea, infact.
what do they taste like, swedish meatballs? i mean, obviously i know what meatballs tastes like in sweden, but i don't think i've eaten any anywhere else.

With that lovely brown sauce, chips and cranberry. I sometimes get a pack of frozen meatballs from ikea. With both sauces.

allright, so a centre is hypothetical, an ideal? without getting too metaphysical on the matter, doesn't that make the 'circumference' illusory as well?

Be modest until skills are advanced. Expose skills to world in an explosive manner, and offer the self to all. Be modest, appreciative, and enjoy life with one's new rewards.
Without the skill part, self-appreciation and praise just turn into some asshole without anything to show.
