You're in Beelzebub's palm, now.

Try not to worry, a lot of people have been there and you'll
get through it.

With Tangerine dream.

I went out earlier but it wasn't anywhere exciting. Where
are you?

This is the escape route from Slough. It only
needs some pigs and it's a Pink Floyd album cover.

I love Tangerine Dream, I love Jon Anderson, and I love you.

Funfact - The first time I heard Jon Anderson sing, I
thought he was a woman.

There's definitely an argument there... He sounds
pseudo-womanly in just about everything he's ever sung.
Can't say I dislike it.

I recommend "The Friends Of Mr. Cairo" album by Jon &
Vangelis. It's quite a poppy affair, but I love it.

The title track is a twelve minute tribute to early 20th
century gangster movies. It's got a tune that'll drill into
your skull harder than Pardon Me ever will.

Oh god, I had just managed to put that track out of my mind
and the mere mention of it conjured up those trollish hands
and the celebration of dissonance that is Maxine Swaby's
voice. Now I really need something else to listen to.

You know, a very small part of me is sad that you didn't
link Pardon Me. But in all honesty, thanks for not doing
that.

Nice song, by the way.

It's from an album close to my (Beef)heart. There's a live
performance of his vocal piece "Well" where a
audience member starts clapping along. Beefheart was having
none of it and proclaimed that the audience member should
"stop that, this is not in 4/4 time. Some things are
sacred."

Watching this made me feel a little odd.

It's fun to walk around with one's flaccid penis dangling
and slapping the thighs, to see who's got the balls to tell
you that you're hanging out.

I guess it works for women, too, but the clitoris doesn't
really dangle as cockingly.

i guess they still want to be friends with you even if you
are agnostic? they don't want the line of communication
completely severed?

most people do get their feelings hurt by the 'clean break'
approach.

maybe you can add them to your facebook (kind of being
smart, but also serious)

For starters we associate with people because we like them.
I don't pursue or shun people because they agree or disagree
with my opinions about religion.

Do you know how many crimes are committed annually by
'Christians'? It's not your beliefs, it's your mindset. If
you hang out with fucked up people, it's your fault, not
theirs.

I just don't get how physically being near someone who is
religious or not matters at all. It's not a big deal, you're
alive, they're alive, you're spending time with someone, try
to live constructively.
