RETURN OF PAWEL

hello mates,

i'm back! It's been a pretty long time but i've
returned. Hopefully everyone had a good 2009. If you didn't
have such a great year then good luck this time around.

my year was great. I threw a ton of shows, and got a lot of
the artists i wanted to show up to my city and play with me.
The was a small donwfall to having a lot of shows. Since i
would continue to book the next show and artists. i had
little time to make more studio quality trax to release and
have no releases for the year 2009. I was doing two shows a
month which kept me busy enough getting stuff and people
together.

i am currently working on releases for two diffrent sources,
so everyday i try to get a few hours of work in on the
music.

If you got time and bandwidth then download some of my older
releases. The oldest ones were tracks i did using
supercollider, and the newer ones were following a 8bit
trend on that label. I made the 8bit one using an
interresting assortment of software, game consoles, music
toys and pure wit.

download some of my older releases here

all are wlecome to donwload my older releases and critic
them. the oldest two albums were shared and circulated as
aphextwin prior to the debut of analord9. those were very
popular with musicians but hated by music listeners. the
8bit album was something i did to fit in with the cool kids,
only they didn't like it anyways.

do you make all your music with programs like max etc? Or do
you include hardware or outboard gear as well?

I use the following software to make synth patches and
sequences:absynth,retroas-1,reason,and logic. ONce i have
samples made i use a modified verison of Twerk's
NOTOAST-NOPOTATOESBETA0.012 to tweak and mix the lot in
realtime
