Cool, I think I... may have heard about this, not sure, but
now I will download it. Thanks!

Hm, listening to Cfern AWL version and I'm not sure if the
tone of Autechre translates very well to acoustic... :/ cos
the electronic sounds are very lush and atmospheric.
Acoustic kinda sounds in a weird way more emotionally
robotic than the original! :O

Also, I think the Drukqs one worked cos AFX is more open to
interpretation, but Autechre is kinda more rigid in this
sense.

i like it

i would like to hear all electronic albums to date made with
acoustic instruments

and then turned back in electronic form

i'm glad that will never happen but i would like to hear an
acoustic version of gantz graf using 40 billion panes of
glass and the large hadron collider.

These things can be very hit and miss. I guess it comes down
to the original song. In this case, I think the original is
quite simple in terms of sounds, so lends itself quite well.
(Despite the sound arrangement being typically autecherian)

Anyway, this one sounds great to me, so thanks for posting.

PFT! FUcking shit, that looks amazing! :O Although it's a
bit annoying that the silly conductor has to be there to
obscure the view, though I guess he is kinda needed.

I hope I get a chance to see that live some time!

Yeah, I kinda see what you mean, actually. A bit sloppy for
a contemporary classical percussionist... :/

What the fuck kinda crazy language was that guy speaking?
Was he having a stroke?

Only joking- thanks for posting, Flim was incredibly
beautiful and I think better than AWS. It's cool that
Lunapark actually got a bit creative and played the piano
song with different instruments, unlike AWS, who lazily just
played it on piano, without innovating one bit... Sound
quality of the vid was gd, too.

Again, thanks for link. :)

Also, does anyone know what percussion instrument that guy
was playing- the thing like a xylophone, but with discs? :/
