not a fan of the band but the x-mas number one campaign is
a funny fingers up to karaoke copetition winners and their
puppeteers.

The idea is probably the greatest showing of Christmas
spirit I've seen all year. All those people coming together
and working in harmony. It's quite sweet!

a fingers up to kareokee winners it may be, but at the end
of the day X-factor and RATM are ultimately owned by the
same company, so the same scum are gonna rich off the back
of it goin either way.

how #1 single is decided:

*simon cowell rings the chart compiler on his mobile*
"John Fuckface #1. Patty Lamer #2. Slagend Fagina #3. Bye."
*click*

simon cowell £££

*googles x-factor*

ok, i like the idea of showing those music polluters
that real music isnt dead. good trackchoice aswell.

yeah! show them music isnt dead by forcefully bumping a 20
year old track to the top of the charts in a puerile protest
against nothing in particular

The last time i heard someone excited about a chart position
i was watching gordon the gopher. . . and right enough i can
only imagine 12 years olds with identity issues getting
excited at this opportunity to 'stick it to the man'. . .

youre too critical.
i find it nice to bump an excellent track like this.
and in matters of protest the track speaks for itself.

the ratm track is worse than the x-factor one, and
apparently less provocative too

Wow you guys are so cynical, its just a bit of fun whilst
letting people know not everyone appreciates what these
karaoke shows are doing.

I know people who are so obsessed with it they act like your
weird and in the minority for not appreciating the karaoke
show and it's 'talent'.
