I really dig this creepy stuff, I enjoyed the Being John Malchovic pseudo-scientific illustrations, too bad I can't find the site they were hosted on

@mohamed
here it is
@crazone
it's just pretty illustrations really, the author stated that the text has no real meaning. from wiki: "Serafini has stated that the script of the Codex is asemic, that his own experience in writing it was closely similar to automatic writing, and that what he wanted his alphabet to convey to the 'reader' is the sensation that children feel in front of books they cannot yet understand, although they see that their writing does make sense for grown-ups."

Hey, neat! I've always wanted to look through this book. It's fun to imagine that there is a world of information tucked into those pages, even if the language is just gibberish. Interesting illustrations, my mind wanders with an explanation of the ecological niche each organism would fill. Thanks for sharing the link!

hmm, it's really a peculiar work, main inspiration is obviously Leonardo's codex, but really the closest thing to this that comes to mind is Escher and Hieronymus Bosch *shrugs*
