Is it because you're using noscript or something? If so,
right click, 'temporarily allow all this page'. Or I don't
mind if they go on that 'label' but its probably not worth
the effort uploading them, since they're not as good as
megaman/sonic the hedgehog/tom 7/etc.

Hello w M w.

I really like your ghost myoosics.

I have been downloading your tracks as you link to them in
here.

I downloaded the "w M w ghost myoosic.zip"
from Anne's site to get "humThree1-37.mp3", but both
times i downloaded and tried to unzip the .zip it says the
.zip was broken/corrupt. : (
(I tried to unzip it with 7zip also but still had no luck)

Would you or anyone else with that file please it upload to
speedyshare so i could listen to it.

I also saw that you have uploaded some tracks before making
this thread.
"hum the earth is leaking.mp3"
"humThree1-37.mp3"
"onTheSmellGoodynessOfFarts.mp3"
"theGloryOfPhobiazero.mp3"

If you could upload those again and or any other ones that I
have missed, that would be great as the speedyshare links
seem to have gone moldy like someone left the bread clip off
the bag.

anyway m W m, very nice work on the ghost myoosics.

humThreeCrapDelete.mp3 is one of my faves, but all are
great.
thanks for sharing your music with us.

The 1-37 one is pretty good (relative to the others at
least). The others are probably crap.
1-37

All tom7 songs are better than mine:
LAZY_TITLE

Or search youtube for 'toejam earl music' or diddy racing
etc

I have more crap on zebox under names 'horsemoose'
'norfzorf' and 'shit stain', if that site even works
anymore.

All your horsemoose is belong to me.

Nice tracks there too : )

I like the mc mobile gundam weiner bit at the end of
"humNewEXPER1".

I got the norfzorf page to load as well, but could not find
the shit stain page on zeebox.

But going directly to these works for me:

Some numbers were failed duds and others went into other
'song packs' (like chronicles of farfafag or whatever)
without using the humNew name. I started just naming it
after the pattern # and file name to make it easier to find
individual songs. I like verticle trackers more than
horizontal 'piano rolls', especially if fruity loop's
confusing uncontrollable mess is anything to go by.

Your humNew is in another castle : (

Yeah I prefer music scrolling down the page (e.g.
Protracker, FT2, Renoise) rather than moving off to the
right (Reason).

it takes friggin long to enter all the notes and have them
timed correctly, unless you know what you're doing, which
wMw clearly does. it's good though because in a way you are
forced to pay attention to minute details.

but w M w i like these squaressaw things and the plain
farnafich style but you have other styles too, like the
penguin love style. they're all good styles but that is also
a good style.

i was listening to one of the squarehums and there was a
moment when butterflies entered my stomach and the word
'genius' popped into my mind

Penguin love isn't by me, but another person who makes
better music than me:
LAZY_TITLE

I wonder which squarehum accidently created the illusion of
seeming 'genius'. I didn't know soulseek was still
around/popular.

They're better in my opinion. Others can make longer
melodies more effortless than me, and my sound quality is
pretty lame/unsophisticated for melodies (usually using only
a couple wav files or the cheesy sounds that came with
modplug tracker). I don't even play an instrument like a
keyboard though which probably helps other people a lot.

if you don't want your music to sound like it sounds, make
it sound like you want it to be.
don't you think we can hear what you try to find in your
music?
do you think we can't hear what you re looking for?
i think what is not hearable is visible.

i wish i could make music to sound like i want it to be. you
make it sound so easy.

i replied to the genius squareehum with a 'nice' earlier on
in this topc. only an evil genius like yourself could make
such effortless combinations of pleasuring notes. but i am
musically retarded so basically anything half decent sounds
genius to me.

I don't really know what I'm doing. For that one, I pretty
much made a 'chord structure' fairly quickly then only
entered notes that fit on the chord structure, somewhat
randomly/chaotically. Some chord sections repeated in an
imitated 'intro, verse, prechorus, chorus, etc, outro'
pattern I read. I did the same thing on this track (and
changed the tempo for once (and pitch)):
