alpha juno 1 is a good hybrid synthesizer.
Wouldn't be too excited about the other two tho. Unless you want preset machines (they definitely have a time and a place, but aren't for everyone).

thanks for advice, do you own one? I have really little experience with hardware. All I got to play was some borrowed electribes and a dx27 I have no use for.

dx27 is close the dx100 which was used on early aphex twin records like saw 85-92 m8
learn fm m8, you can do weird bass lines and kawaii approximations of real instruments
imo, whatever equipment youve got, the best thing is to enjoy what youve got in front of you :-D

the fact is fm programming is really abstract for my tastes, then why embark in a journey trough dx clumsy menu when I could use a well designed interface (i.e fm8)

No, I haven't owned any of them. I know a lot of people who have an Alpha Juno 1 tho and love it.
Its got DCO's (which are digitally clocked analogue oscillators), so generally its going to be warmer than your average virtual analogue or VST. The filters and amplifiers are voltage controlled.
However, its not as instantly gratifying as a lot of gear thats laden with knobs. Its all programmed through a dial and membrane buttons, so it will take you a little time and patience to get used to, specially if you are mostly used to virtual synthesizers. However, you can get programmers for your computer that will make things easier for you.

Thats just the gas talking. As soon as you get your jupiter 8, you will be in the market for a cs80.

The cs80 was nice too, but it's either both of them, or just the jupiter 8.
