i never took the time to listen to his output extensively
but since i bought a cd of bill laswell instrumentals i feel
entitled to say that i don't like. before posting this i
went back to listen to tabla beat science on youtube cos i
used to like, now to my ears it sounds like that Gurtu-Miles
collaboration mermaidman posted some time ago. i think this
music works better on theatres. like.

yeah i reckon a lot of his stuff is kind of meh and i'm
looking for some specific sound probably - in Painkiller,
his bass just works great. So there have to be some records
that are produced in a related vein...

btw try this James Plotkin ambient imo
