Lost in Bass is a 4 person crew from Boston, Massachusetts that host a bi-monthly glitch-hop/skweee/wonky throwdown at The Enormous Room in Cambridge. The 4 gangstas in question are Dabu, DSub, Stickem, and Professor Pious -- notable respectively for promoting all original Boston talent, starting the first and only night in the area dedicated to glitch-hop and related styles, running the U.S.'s first and only skweee record label, and wearing a fuzzy suit. Expect to hear and see all this and much more on their Glitch.FM radio program! From their site: "Lost in bass is a joint effort by a number of obsessive music geeks, mostly based in the northeast… specifically Boston. Our mission statement is to jam forward thinking electronic music down your throat in the hopes that sleepy Boston, with it’s eternal turnover of college students starts to have a scene of it’s own, that doesn’t start over with the next freshmen class. we achieve this by bringing you the dopest beats as (or before!) they’re released, and highlighting local talents who will move elsewhere and become tomorrow’s stars unless we develop and maintain a culture that stimulates and supports them."
