I have purchased a philips pmc100 composer

It was cheap. I received one manual that i thought contained
instruction but it does not. Can anyone please help ?

Tonight I am going to utilise the long play facility on my
mini disc player and record what i say when i am asleep. My
mother says that i have conversations with myself.

PS - I do not sleep with my mother.
