Bought some records yesterday and was all 'yeaaahh!' when I'd travelled 5 hours home to finally play them. I turned on my 20 something year old mobile disco 'mixer' and 30 seconds later something inside it exploded. Now I can't listen to records. I have no money spare to buy a new mixer or preamp. :( |

On the plus side I just found a Team Doyobi sticker in the back of my record box. Swings and roundabouts I guess. |

I opened it. a bit of solder has snapped off which connects one of the main leads from the transformer to the circuit board and the the fuse has gone. Poo. |

do fix the solder though in some way and change the fuse, it's not that safe to use it right now |

I changed the fuse love, will more permanently fix the solder in a few days. |
