I believe that anyone should be allowed to marry, but don't understand why they would want to. I believe that the justice system should hold itself more accountable. Chronic offenders should be kept out of society for longer periods of time on a per instance basis. Violent offenders should undergo psychiatric treatment, and be kept out of society for longer periods of time on a per instance basis. Violent sexual offenses should result in lengths of chemical sterilization. I believe its a governments responsibility to ensure that every person has access to effective healthcare without having to pay for it. Nobody should need to work out a budget in order to stay alive and healthy. I believe its a governments responsibility to support those that require assistance in regards to financial matters, however they should mandate these people seek either training and employment placement programs on a full time basis up to the moment they find work. The government should also supply people with safe & free housing if they are not able to do it themselves. A government should support arts and education. |

Why they would want to. The act of marriage in this day an age is about as anachronistic as it gets. It seems to carry about as much weight and permanence as a teaspoon of salt, only costs several thousand dollars more. Its a superstition that marriage does anything more than changes how you pay taxes. |
