Looking for artist recommendations

Hey guys - new here.

I'm pretty clueless with artists and even genres, so I'm
hoping to get some advice/recommendations for specific
albums/artists that might fit my tastes for dancing.

I was at Burning Man this year and heard a TON of Bassnectar
and Bassnectar-ish sound, pretty much all over the place. It
has a really cool sound and vibe, but I found that most of
it was a little too attention-deficit and all over the place
for me. My groove resonates best with steady and sustained
rhythms, like in one of my favorite old-school albums:
Crystal Method's Vegas. Not that I don't like the breakbeat
sound...I like that...when there's a steady rhythm of that.
Most of the Bassnectar style stuff I was hearing felt like
there were about a half dozen songs in each song.

I really enjoy trip-hop, but don't care much for heavy
handed drum&bass or high bpm stuff. When I dance I usually
have some sativa in my system, but not speedy chemical
uppers or hardcore entheogens. Trancey is nice, but
stimulating and not 'ambient' or experimental.

SO, can I get some artist/album recommendations for that
newer Bassnectar-ish sound/vibe (dubstep? breakbeat?
bigbeat?), yet a little more 'steady' (sustained/consistent
through each song) like Crystal Method's Vegas (their albums
after that leave me pretty cold, except for "Badass" on
Drive).

Thanks in advance!
-C

Wow - what the hell, guys...?
I was asking a sincere question.
Yeah, I don't post here but figured it'd be a good place to
ask for a little advice. That's a bad thing?
Yeesh.
