want to modify bit rate of an incoming audio or a wav file on the fly keep it at 44100Hz and 16-bit but can change the 700kbps value to whatever think ~decimate can do it? tried some bit cruncher vst but it was just crap distortion, not the sound i was searching for want to do this effect but in high quality audio: |
