A french dessert..(i've forgot what it's called). It's a kind of pudding, and you're supposed to spread brown sugar on top of it so that it melts....Kalaim?

valrhona chocolate squares are good. i like gateau fondant (molten chocolate warm cake)... i like cheesecake... i like homemade ice cream... i like fresh fruit... dessert is a good thing. at school a few weeks ago the dessert of the day was chocolate lasagna, with citrus segments, and a honey sauce. the next day we had cantaloupe soup with yogourt-ginger flan. mmmmm....

Try this:
take some vanilla ice cream, pour some vodka over it and put a teaspoon of coffeepowder on top.mix while you're eating
-The coffeepowder is weird,but I did't invent it,and once you've tried it,youl'll be convinced:
IT S GORGEOUS DIVINE
Please let me know how it was

Hey Woofer what about Zuppa Inglese?
A good cheese cake does the job, but to be honest I love too many to choose just one. In all honesty it depends on what I have had to eat before.
