If I ever plan on doing a "racy" ventriloquist act I'll ask
you to film it.

are you demoing your song or the video? the video seems like
random home video clips

wtf are you talking about home video clips?, can you make
one any better.

whoa take it easy. im sorry i didnt understand. my bad.
it looked like home made video clips in the beginning but i
see you made the motion graphics and stuff and they were
cool.
they were taken with a digital camera so they look like
that, i didnt mean anything mean by it. im a bit tired and i
wasnt sure.. i dont watch demo reels usually.

theres a lot of cool graphics in it and i liked the song
too. so good work.

Aktium,
I went to film school and had to make and evaluate demo
reels and had a couple of tips for ya.

first off 5 minutes is wayyy too long.
most people when making their first reel try to squeeze in
every single piece of work theyve done. You cant do this,
only pick your strongest work that is representative of what
you do and edit it into 2-3 minutes. Anything beyond that
and potential clients/employers will not sit through your
video.

get rid of that 15 second intro using vintage stock
footage.
its not your work and it wastes time that can be better
spent showcasing your own work.

third, not essential but I would start off the video with
something other than the comedy work you did, use something
more eye-catching to get the ball rolling and generate
interest.

goodluck!

criticle beatdown!

you must be reel (see what i did there?) insecure about your
work if you think such an aggressive reply is needed.

i accidentally rated your vid 4 stars before i realized it
would bore me to tears before it was over. 2 stars (because
the music is alright), dickhead.
