I have worked on the Isle Of Wight I have met RDJ. I am actually a girl. Didn't Anthony H Wilson say something like the myth is often better than the reality, or he was possibly quoting someone else. I have to watch "24 Hour Party People" again. I don't believe anyone's entirely truthful in their autobiographies, or at least leave out things. To do a genuine 100% autiobiog would one have to recall EVERYTHING? Maybe being upfront and saying "Look, a third of this is made up, some intentionally, others due to my treacherous memory" One of my favourite autiobiographies is Bob Monkhouse's, some ghastly details like Frankie Howerd knocking one out on his sofa. |
