you can unlock the full game from the demo via
this glitch. (skip ahead to 2:45 to see how it's done).
The glitch has been patched so you will have to sign out of
xbox live in order to make it work. The only drawback is you
cannot save your game so you must play through the whole
thing in one sitting. That's not really a bad thing though,
the game is quite fun.

yeah great game isnt it, i posted a thread last week about
it, beat the game today, excellent game
