I'm a big fan of the audio.out music blog, where he
takes the Pop Chart from a given week in a given.. year, and
then makes the cream of the pop.. available.

Week 33 of 1991 has hits from Altern 8, Army of Lovers, 808
State, Utah Saints, Oceanic, Prodigy, Zoe, The Shamen and
Flowered "Fucking" Up. I think this is a Good Thing.
