i know this is a bit out of the subject..but a friend of
mine says that this video is totaly made in a 3D application
such as maya or 3d studio max,but i wont belive it ,anyone
knows ?

I believe it. It would be almost impossible to shoot that
stuff on location. You'll notice all the objects - people,
catenary poles, rail cars, are all in time with the beats.
You can tell some objects were repeated many times. Must
have been a royal pain in the ass to render all that stuff.
