Anyone heard of Noctis?
It's a "space flight simulator", about 1 mb in size, and the galaxy you explore is about "90 thousand light-years in radius, approximately 45,000 more than the Milky Way".
When you get the hang of it, it's quite unlike anything else you probably ever played. Unfortunately it fucks up when you play it in Vista. You'll have to download another version, and everything gets messy.
For what it is, it's a piece of art. Like Ico, Colossus, or Another World.

I love noctis. Its really interesting. You can find alien life on some of the planets, as well as interesting geometric buildings and stuff. Theres whole communities of people who track and and find the really interesting planets. I think you can run it in dosbox.

dosbox? hmm, I'll try it. but I think you gotta use 'noctis NICE', because the normal noctis won't work.
