We'll I hope you'll elaborate soon because I'm going to bed in a few minutes and don't have the patience to read your posts but it would be helpful to know why you want to kill yourself as I see myself in a similar situation and hope that your story might put my life in perspective. |

put a big chest freezer in an abandoned warehouse some where. turn it on.get naked. prop the lid open with a stick, tie some string to the stick, tie the other end to a pigeon. get in the freezer, and hand cuff ur hands to ur ankles in a fashion that will prevent you from being able to get urself up when u inevitably change your mind half way through. wait for pigeon to fly away, resulting in the lid closing. ur lieing down at this point. now lie in your icy coffin and contemplate why people prefer to do some lead-cranial therapy when they wanna die rather than freeze themselves to death. enjoy. |

It's from a movie called Taste of Cherry. It's about this guy who has decided to kill himself. He dug a hole in the ground out in the desert. He plans to get in the hole, take an overdose of drugs and die. He is trying to find someone who will check on him and make sure he is dead. If he is, he wants that person to scoop some dirt over his body. If he isn't, he wants to be taken to the hospital. He finally finds someone who will do it for him but the guy makes one last attempt to talk him out of it. That's what that scene is about. |

Discover yourself before you kill yourself : ) or Check yo self before you wreck yourself ! Lot's of philosophy and psychology books out there that can help you understand what is going on. A good diet helps too. Really the bulk of feeling crappy is in our diet. You imagine you kill yourself and your in some weird afterlife twilight and god is telling you "Dude, you felt like shit because you were eating to much take out a microwaved food!". I don't want to try to be a guru but if your at ends with yourself I'm sure we all can arrange some sort of skype meeting where we all share our experiences. |

Unless you're a masochist, your goal is probably pain free. Do your own research but I think buying a tank of pure carbon monoxide (or maybe nitrogen?) and setting up some apparatus like a tight mask/tube/etc so you breath it until you die is probably pretty painless. Its suffocating but without the panic of not getting gas into your lungs. It might be related to 'the bends' with divers but I havn't researched that. Plus it supposedly makes you unconscious pretty quick. Which means you should be lying down or something so you don't accidently knock everything over and only succeed in causing brain damage but living. If you do it indoors you should leave a window open or a big sign by the door that tells anyone to get the fuck out cuz there'll be deadly gas in there still. Better than being eaten by lions or jumping off a bridge and surviving with lots of broken bones. Everyone dies eventually anyway. Unless our insane species develops some technology that allows us to live much longer (I'd guess the sun becoming a red giant or the universe's big crunch or something still would put a limit on life span). |
