well, i'm quite interested in trying astral projection although i think it requires tons of self discipline, which i don't have. no psychedelic trip has ever done this for me either. how do you do it? |

you lay in your bed, and you start by really relaxing... Then... You slowly try to completely forget that your toe even exists. Night after night, you do the same thing. You then try to forget your entire foot, and you move up your body like that. As you said, it takes a lot of self discipline. I've never managed, but i had a couple of out of body experiences. I actually wasn't aware i did until a friend told me that the experience i had once described was this. |

I'm not sure if it's ever happened to me, although sometimes I think I "may have" levitated a bit, haha i'm more accomplished as a remote viewer and clairvoyant. I have developed energy bodies, however, but only on the ground. |
