lets write some,
id especially like to hear some from wMw and cx;
they should be able to create something fitting.

There were some XLTronic Radio idents, once... but I can't
think what the thread might have been.

Theme From Ernest Borgnine

sorry, not an actual TV show is it?

Doogie Howser MD.. and no I'm not saying that to be cheeky
or ironic or to resuscitate (pun intended) hackneyed pop
culture. I barely even watched this show. But the theme
song MOVES me, especially this peppier version.
LAZY_TITLE

I have to agree with the Miami Vice.. although the
incidental music generally grabs me more than the theme.
Take this gem, for example:

aside from the obvious, like x-files and twin peaks, I
always liked John Barry's "The Persuaders" and the theme to the remake of
The Outer Limits.

Round The Twist. Wow. I miss getting home from school,
hitting the sofa and just being mildly entertained by the
Aussie-weirdness that is Round The Twist. With no other
responsibilities in life. Just... shall I eat a biscuit
before Mum calls me down for tea?

offline christ deburger from helmans pr0vince (Afghanistan) on 2009-07-13 14:57 [#02306171]

round the twist was the beginning of the end for the halcyon
days of childrens television
the aussies sucked hard on that
pouring out daggy shows like pugwall or bettys bunch
with predictable plot lines, shady acting and with the
production values of dr what.
however having said that, i watched them all
i particularly dug the round the twist episode with the
clone booths and the race up the lighthouse
even series one of heartbreak high was heavy

Incidentally (and I apologise for posting three times, but
as I say I'm on top form tonite), "We Will Be Friends" from
Lazytown has virtually the same tune as the Willy Fogg
theme. It's even in the same key, for cock's sake
