Posted these last year, but just got some new monitors and
a decent space to work in, so decided to update the EQ etc.

i love the use of cowbell as the basis for an instrument,
top grooves too. the ending of track 1 has a really good
percussive groove, lovely.

my favourite drum machine! finding the ROMs for them was
probably the hardest thing i've ever had to find!

downloading now.

i always wanted to try out one of these-here

together with the ry30 they're a bit like a budget
machinedrum/monomachine for the early 90's.

i've found 3 over the last 12 months or so emailing folk on
forums and the like. The dance and soul one is prolly the
best but there's certainly loads to be getting on with in
the box regardless. it'd be nice to try some of the various
sy77 instrument wave roms- the original waveform samples are
great fun but the price that ROMs tend to go for makes
experimenting hardly likely + the probability of cheese is
mighty high.

if they give you a new set of core sounds that can be edited
i would be interested. if it is just presets based on the
existing ones then i don't care about that, but it sounds
like it is the former.
